If you’re unable to change your SSN, we can help. After using the Central Authentication Service (CAS) to authenticate your record, please upload a scan or photo of your Social Security card through our secure contact form. Under “Topic,” choose “Student Records,” and then “Update Name or Profile.” If you can’t use CAS, we ask that the documents you send be notarized. (We take protecting your personal information very seriously. We ask for this extra precaution if you aren’t able to use CAS to identify ownership of the student record.)
Changes generally occur within a day after we receive your request, and will appear on your official academic record.
Note: If you’re a student employee, you must contact Financial Management Services at 812-855-0375 to update your SSN.
