Grant access to your bursar bill, 1098-T tax form, grades, class schedule, financial aid award or summary, and other personal information to any person(s), such as a parent, guardian, or spouse. You can set up as many 3rd Party Users as you wish (e.g., both of your parents) but each user will need a separate login.

Students can give third-party authorization to perform tasks, including adding I-BUCKS or co-signing housing contracts for applicants under 18. For more information, please visit the RPS website.
If you wish to waive your rights under FERPA and allow your designated third parties to view your advising information, you may fill out a Release of Information form and designate specific third parties to whom your information can be released. Parents, employers, university administrators and faculty, and others have access to your protected health information only with your written authorization or by a valid court order. The only exceptions to this policy will be in life-threatening or emergency situations and in accordance with state and federal laws.
Important note: If you are under 18 and will need medical care through the IU Student Health Center, your parent or guardian's permission will be needed to treat you. Make sure they fill out the Consent for Medical Treatment of a Minor form.
